Where we ship

Aegis Home Safe currently ships to addresses in the United States, unless a different destination is available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@aegishomesafe.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If a package appears lost, delayed, or returned to sender, email contact@aegishomesafe.com with your order number. We will help review the shipment and determine the next available option.
